Morning all.
Really good 2 or 1 day of riding, depending who you are. MBR route at Coed y brenin on Wednesday and Marin trail on Thur. The weather was a little bit Welsh, but didnt stop a fantastic couple of rides.....
Marin was good, but would like to do it again when a little bit drier (and lighter for the final decent!)
Still really enjoyed it all and thanks for letting me crash at the cottage and wash my smalls!
Ian's bike is cool, like a play bike for me, but one that actually rolls well - I really should get some better tyres. It almost is unbelievable that you can tell the difference just pushing the bike along. Mine feels like it is pulling an anchor!
Anyway continue this chat later as some of us have to work...... :)

Yeah I enjoyed the ride although I wanna do it again for the same reasons!
We'll have to try and arrange something similar for the new year. You've got penmachno to do yet as well! Mmmm so many good rides.
Glad you enjoyed it (and the abbott!)
We are taking jamie on the same trails next week. he loves rocks so mbr will b perfick. had a gud couple of days mate, shud try n fit it in more often. could have a week in N Wales and not do the same route twice.
croxton, croxton, croxton, u no them tyres r shite so y r u suprised. ahwell xmas isnt 2 far away
I know! I really need to get over the fact that I have a love-hate relationship with my tractor tyres. I think, if I search deep in my heart, that I worry new ones might have some kind of disadvantage.... I will get myself sorted and hopefully santa will produce (errm, you know what I mean - I hope).
Hello there Ian, Jim, Neil and Jeff,
Anyone for Flapjack?
Glad everyone got off the mountain safely, Important job I had keeping tabs on you slow riders. The Marin Trail rode really well in the Extreme conditions. Bit bumpy for us 'Old School' hardtail riders, but still enjoyed it. Need to get the fitness up, and ensure the saddle is flat....
New Wheel has arrived just tryign to work out if its 24" or 26"...
