I was ready to get up and have a play on my le toy but the snow was wet. So i went back to bed. How disappointing. I bet if I was working the snow would be perfect to ride in.
Have rung goldtec, forks aren't back from mojo yet. With the weather though and how ol' blighty can't cope with snow its hardly surprising. I will be ringing again in the morning so fingers crossed.
Im not surprised that Llandegla is closed. Shame though, was looking forward to a play in the snow. Trouble is everywhere else is going to be wet. Wouldn't of minded a play at Delamere but I think we need a better day for that.
Anyway as soon as I get my bike back I will let you guys know so we can plan a ride.

Dont be down J. I was working, and the snow wasnt perfect to ride in! Also, the going back to bed option sounds like heaven!!!!!
Your forks will be back soon I am sure, but you are right, suddenly they are being delivered by people on scudoos that don’t know how to start them. The MASSIVE amount of snow (slightly over hyped by the media) has clearly meant that everything has stopped. In reality, this means that all the employees at Mojo have just gone snowboarding :)
I will be interested to see what Kev finds wrong with your wheel by the way (although we all know that he wont actually check the wheel he will just strip it down and rebuild it. If you are lucky he will rebuild it OK and say "nothing wrong with your wheel mate" and you can say "that’s because the swingarm's loose cheese face") Maybe I am wrong?
Just make sure you tighten everything when you do get your bike back - with a service he could have potentially loosened ever bolt!!! atrrrrghhhh.... And those hobbit hands can barely pull a zip tie shut :)
Anyway, very early morning ramblings to a close.....
Snow is much better now. Had to leave my car at ads. Couldnt get back up the hill or round the back lane. Did get a few handbrakes in tho on the way back from the gym. I will have a play on le toy 2moro. Cant c me going to c bruv.
S wales is supposed to of had it bad or good dependin on how u c it. So that maybe why there seems to be delay with my forks.
Yeh i will check the back wheel again with a quick jiggle and yeh I will go over my bike. Otherwise it will just fall apart when I ride it
Fair play. We have had more snow, but not THAT much more. I like snow, but C had a crap journey back home today. We fed and warm now though... Just being watching some mtb vid on-line to keep my eye in. Missed my ride today and was going to go for a run, but snow kinda put me off..... Feeling a bit fat. Might eat some more... :)
Well have had a few now. tried running up the hill but my legs were not interested. Its gone wet again so I should be able 2 get ova and see bruv. Would like to be able to get over. Just like being over there. (To 21curtis we are goin to do a ride nxt w/e, jim wants to ride, we could stay at cottage, let me no if u can make it)
Yeh, dont blame you 4 staying indoors. Glad me and Ad got in the gym though, a bloke showed us some new exercises using a machine in a different way. Starting to get to a point where we are exhaustin some methods and need to try new things. Dont want to get to big though, still need to pedal!
